construction operations (40 years), cable TV (17 years), and sports (13 years).
Kilmer is prepared to own enterprises outright or to partner with others where it can leverage its relationships and forty
plus years of actively managing and investing in operating businesses.
In addition to making direct investments for its own account and utilizing its own financial resources, Kilmer is currently
the sponsor of and manages three private equity funds with over $400 million of committed capital. Kilmer itself has invested
significantly along side its predominantly financial institution and pension fund partners in these funds both as a limited
partner and co-investor in specific investments requiring equity in excess of that permitted by the funds investment
policies.
