Hayden Silver

Hayden Silver has worked in the investments industry for over two years. He currently serves as the Analyst, Real Estate Finance for Kilmer Infrastructure Developments Inc., responsible for driving financial metrics with a focus on project financial modelling as well as strategic business growth initiatives. Additionally, he is responsible for forecasting, operational analysis, decision support tools, and key performance metrics to drive business processes and capital investment activities.

Early in his career, Mr. Silver worked at ST&T Capital Management Ltd. as an Analyst where he focused on income-producing commercial real estate investments in the US, Canada, and the UK. Prior to joining Kilmer, he worked for Empire Communities as an Analyst focusing on real estate development and land acquisitions in southern Ontario.

Hayden Silver received a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from Ryerson University.
