Lisa Ferkul

Lisa Ferkul joined Kilmer in August 2024 and currently serves as Chief Revenue Officer of the WNBA Toronto team.
Prior to joining Kilmer Sports Ventures, Lisa served as Chief Commercial Officer at Golf Canada after spending over a decade with Scotiabank, her last position as Director & Head, Canadian Sponsorship Marketing where she led the Hockey and Arts and Culture portfolios. While at the Bank, Lisa was an essential member of the team that negotiated the transformational $800MM MLSE partnership expansion, including the naming rights to Scotiabank Arena, as well as official bank status of the Toronto Maple Leafs and Toronto Raptors. As a passionate ally, she also led the evolution of the bank’s hockey strategy launching the hockey for all platform and its supporting advertising campaign.
Recognized in 2017 as one of Canada’s 5 To Watch, an annual recognition of five of the most influential and accomplished Canadians under the age of 40 in the business of sport, Lisa was also acknowledged as one of the most influential women in hockey by the Toronto Star in 2018, and more recently as one of publications’ “Women of Influence” making an impact in the world of sports in 2022.
She’s an active member of the sports marketing industry, holding the position of Vice-Chair on the Sponsorship Marketing Council of Canada (SMCC), a mentor with the Toronto chapter of Women in Sports & Events (WISE), as well as an advisor with Toronto Metropolitan University’s Future of Sport Lab, a collaborative incubator for sport innovation and research. Lisa is a graduate of Western University (Honours BA, Kinesiology) and earned a Public Relations Post-Graduate Certificate from the Humber Institute of Technology and Advanced Learning.
