Michael Griffiths

Michael Griffiths is President and Chief Operating Officer of KVN and Vice Chairman of Kilmer Capital Partners Limited.

Mr. Griffiths has been with KVN and its related entities since 1979. Initially, Mr. Griffiths’ activities included several roles in entities related to KVN in which he was responsible for corporate planning, investment monitoring and administration. In 1988, Mr. Griffiths became Executive Vice-President of KVN with overall responsibility for the operations of the holding company and its non-construction investment activities and in 1999 assumed his current role as KVN’s President and COO. Prior to joining KVN, Mr. Griffiths was a manager with Clarkson Gordon Chartered Accountants (now Ernst & Young).

Mr. Griffiths is a Chartered Accountant and received a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Loyola College (Concordia University) and an MBA from York University.
