Nikhil Gupta

Nikhil Gupta has worked in the real estate investment industry for over 8 years. He currently serves as a Senior Analyst for the Kilmer Infrastructure team, responsible for underwriting, analyzing and communicating project finance risks and opportunities on real estate development projects as well as master-planned land/community developments.

Early in his career, Mr. Gupta worked in various industries and roles to develop a broader understanding of commerce, including experience in fundamental equities research, strategy consulting, strategic pricing at a large multinational and operations at an e-commerce start-up. Prior to joining Kilmer in 2017, Mr. Gupta was with Dream Unlimited where he was a Senior Analyst within Dream Office REIT.

Mr. Gupta received a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from Queen’s University.
